Abhisek Lahiri, one of India's youngest President Award recipients and an 'A' Grade sarod artist, presents "Singing Strings" — a solo sarod recital at Kathak Rhythms Studio in Plano, TX. Trained under his father Pandit Alok Lahiri, Lahiri weaves together three major gharanas: Shahjahanpur, Senia Maihar, and Senia Bangash. He is accompanied by Subrata Bhattacharya on tabla.
