These terms apply to your use of sangeetcentral.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our About page explains how listings are made.
What we provide
SangeetCentral is a directory of Indian classical music concerts, artists, and organizations. We work to keep listings accurate. However, dates, venues, prices, and lineups change, and we gather much of this from public sources, so we cannot guarantee that any listing is complete or current. Please confirm details with the organizer before you travel or buy tickets.
Tickets and events
We do not sell tickets or run events. Tickets are bought from the organizer or their ticketing service, under their terms. Questions about refunds, cancellations, or the event itself go to the organizer.
Accounts and claims
You are responsible for your account. If you claim a page, you confirm that you represent that artist or organization and that what you add is accurate and yours to share. By adding text, images, or events to your page, you give us permission to show them on SangeetCentral and in our emails. You can remove them from your page at any time. Do not use an account to impersonate anyone or to post something you do not have the right to post. We may decline or revoke a claim, and we may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.
Using our content
You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy the directory in bulk. For any specific content requests, reach out to the artist, organization or venue.
Corrections and removal
If something on SangeetCentral is wrong, you would prefer we not use your photo, logo or other material, or you would like your page removed, email hello@sangeetcentral.com with the page link and we will take care of it.
Links to other sites
We link to organizers, ticket sellers, and stores. We are not responsible for those sites. As an Amazon Associate, SangeetCentral earns from qualifying purchases.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, except where the law says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on a listing, including a changed or cancelled event. If we are liable to you for anything, our total liability is limited to $50. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any dispute will be handled in state or federal courts in New Jersey. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest applies. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
