Suguna Varadachari (born 20 December 1945) is a Carnatic vocalist, Veena artist, and music teacher from Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu, India. She first studied Carnatic music under P.K. Rajagopala Iyer, then passed the Sangita Vidwan course at the Central College of Carnatic Music, Chennai. She received advanced training from the legendary Musiri Subramania Iyer through a Government of India Cultural Scholarship in 1967, and later also trained under Calcutta K.S. Krishnamurthy. An A-Top artist on All India Radio Chennai, she taught in the Department of Music at the University of Madras for over two decades. Known for her extensive repertoire, she has students spread across the globe. Her many awards include the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award, the Sangita Kala Acharya from the Madras Music Academy, and titles such as Sangita Rathnakara, Isai Mani Makutam, and Acharya Ratnakara.
