The Metropolitan Museum of Art presents Indian classical music through its MetLiveArts program and special events. The Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium has hosted performances by Carnatic vocalist Abhishek Raghuram and other masters. The Met celebrates Diwali annually with Brooklyn Raga Massive performing sitar, tabla, and violin, connecting music to the Museum's renowned South Asian art collection including Deccan manuscripts and Mughal objects.
