About this concert
MITHAS, Guruguha Vaibhavam and MIT Swara present Shive Pahi, a lecture demonstration by violinist R.K. Shriramkumar on the compositions of Sri Muttusvami Dikshitar, offered as a musical tribute to the Mother Goddess. He is joined by Sharada Krishnan on violin and Mali Santhanakrishnan on mridangam at MIT's Thomas Tull Concert Hall in Cambridge. Doors open at 1PM for the 2PM programme, which runs about two hours and fifteen minutes.
