Bansuri

Rakesh Chaurasia is a Grammy-winning bansuri virtuoso and nephew of legendary flautist Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, under whom he trained in the guru-shishya tradition from age five. Known for blending classical techniques with global sounds, he won two Grammy awards in 2024 for his collaborative album "As We Speak" with Béla Fleck, Edgar Meyer, and Zakir Hussain.
