Viji Rao is a Philadelphia-based Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, and educator trained in the Kalakshetra style. She is the founder and artistic director of Three Aksha and curator of the All-Indian Dance Festival at Carnegie Hall.

The All-Indian Dance Festival, produced by Three Aksha and curated by Viji Rao in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, New York. Held at Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall, the festival showcases Indian classical and folk dance forms including Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Odissi, Manipuri, and Mohiniyattam, performed by US-raised youth alongside choreographies by gurus sustaining these traditions.
