Vidyadhar Koparkar

Vidyadhar \"Vijay\" Koparkar (born 1962) is a renowned Hindustani classical singer from Pune, India. A disciple of the legendary Pt. Vasantrao Deshpande and Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki, he is known for his versatile repertoire which includes khyal, thumri, natya sangeet, and other semi-classical forms. He is also a respected guru, carrying forward the traditions of his teachers to a new generation of musicians.
