Thanjavur Brinda (1912-1996) was a prominent Carnatic vocalist from the Veenai Dhanammal school. She was a repository of Kshetrayya padams and javalis, and other rare compositions. Her musical style is known for its unhurried, alluring movements and intricate gamakas.
