Satish Vyas

Pandit Satish Vyas (born November 16, 1952, in Mumbai) is a leading Indian santoor player in the Hindustani classical tradition. The son of renowned classical vocalist Pandit C. R. Vyas, he began training under santoor maestro Pandit Shivkumar Sharma in 1978 and has been performing actively since 1992. Vyas has appeared at prestigious international venues, including the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto. He is a recipient of the Padma Shri and the Tansen Samman (2020).
