
Pratibha Singh Baghel is an acclaimed Indian classical vocalist, ghazal singer, and Bollywood playback artist from Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. She began her musical journey at age 3 under her father's guidance, later training extensively under the late R.J. Pasana. She holds the qualifications Sangeet Prabhakar and Sangeet Parveen. Baghel rose to national prominence as a top finalist on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009, topping the Shankar Mahadevan gharana. Her Bollywood playback career includes notable songs in films such as Issaq (debut duet with Ustad Rashid Khan), Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Manikarnika, and Baazaar. In 2020, she collaborated with Deepak Pandit on the ghazal album Bole Naina, featuring lyricist Gulzar and tabla maestro Zakir Hussain. She received the Lata Mangeshkar Alankaran Award in 2008 at age 17 and has performed globally, including a sold-out concert at London's Royal Albert Hall in November 2024.
