Malladi Suri Babu

Malladi Suri Babu is a Carnatic vocalist who received musical training from his father. He is himself a disciple of the great Late Voleti Venkateswarulu. He is the father of the renowned Malladi Brothers (Sreeram Prasad and Ravikumar), who are prominent Carnatic musicians. His father was a great Harikatha exponent of his time in Andhra Pradesh, and his own father was Late Malladi Srirama Murthy, creating a rich musical lineage that has been passed down through generations.
