Harsh Narayan

Harsh Narayan is the grandson of the great sarangi legend Pandit Ram Narayan who basically put the sarangi on the Indian Classical music map. He began learning from his grandfather at age 6. Harsh continues the family lineage of music and performs internationally, including concerts in Santa Cruz California, Boulder, and Tucson Arizona. He has recorded albums showcasing the traditional colors of the sarangi and collaborates with other classical musicians. Harsh teaches sarangi to students in the US and maintains the authentic tradition passed down through his family.
