Biography
One of the greatest bansuri players in Indian classical music history. Born in Allahabad, he trained under Annapurna Devi (daughter of Baba Allauddin Khan) who transformed his music. Founded Vrindaban Gurukul in Mumbai to train students in the guru-shishya tradition. Grammy-nominated with Padma Vibhushan.
