Gautam Kale

Pandit Gautam Kishore Kale is a Hindustani classical vocalist of the Mewati Gharana, a devoted disciple of the legendary Padmavibhushan Sangeet Martand Pandit Jasraj. He also received guidance from Vishwanath Rao Ringe. A performing artist since childhood, Gautam Kale has established himself as one of the leading voices carrying forward the rich vocal tradition of the Mewati lineage. In 2023, he was honored with the prestigious Sangeet Natak Akademi Award by the Government of India, recognizing his significant contributions to Hindustani vocal music. He performs at concerts and music festivals across India, the United States, and worldwide. Currently based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, he serves as Director and Mentor at Sangeet Gurukul, an institute dedicated to nurturing music enthusiasts in the classical tradition. His 2026 USA concert tour includes performances across multiple cities.
