Biography

Ustad Bade Fateh Ali Khan (1935-2017) was a leading Pakistani Khyal vocalist of the Patiala gharana. He and his brother Amanat Ali Khan formed a renowned singing duo until his brother's death in 1974. A recipient of the Pride of Performance in 1969, he is considered one of the last great masters of the Patiala style.
