Anirudh Athreya

Anirudh Athreya is a Carnatic kanjira exponent from an illustrious musical family, great-grandson of legends Papa K.S. Venkatramaiah and Alathur Subbier. Trained initially by his grand-uncle V. Nagarajan and later by Sangita Kalanidhi T.K. Murthy, he is one of the youngest Carnatic musicians to receive the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar.
