Meher Paralikar

Meher Paralikar is a Hindustani classical vocalist and music educator based in Pune, India. He began his musical journey at age eight under Guru Pt. Padmakar Thatte and later became a disciple of Padma Bhushan Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty. He was a scholar at the ITC Sangeet Research Academy in Kolkata. He gained public attention as a participant in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi in 2009 and performs at venues like the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA). Alongside performing, he teaches at the NCPA Shrutinandan Centre of Excellence in Mumbai, an institution founded by Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, and offers online lessons focusing on Hindustani vocal techniques and riyaz practices.
